By using LetsLearnNext you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you create an account for a child, you confirm you are the parent/guardian and consent on their behalf.

Students under 18 must have verifiable parental/guardian consent (DPDP Act 2023). Parents must be 18+. Teachers/admins must be authorised by their institution.

Provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Use only for lawful, educational purposes. Do not:

• Reverse-engineer or extract source code
• Use AI Tutor for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Upload viruses or infringing content
• Share account credentials

• Free, Plus and School plans available; pricing on pricing page in INR, USD, GBP or AED.
• Paid plans auto-renew until cancelled.
• Refund: within 7 days if usage is <10 lessons/AI sessions. Email legal@letslearnnext.com.
• Taxes (GST/VAT) applied where applicable.

AI Tutor content is generated by LLMs and may occasionally contain errors. Use as a learning aid and cross-check with textbooks/teachers. We do not use student inputs to train external AI models.

By uploading curriculum content you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us a licence to use it within the platform. We may remove content that violates copyright or our policies.

The platform and its software are owned by LetsLearnNext. Personal, non-commercial educational use only.

We may suspend accounts for Terms violations, fraud, or non-payment. You can delete your account anytime.

Service provided "as is". No warranties of uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes. Supplementary to formal schooling.

No liability for indirect/consequential damages. Total liability capped at amounts paid in the prior 12 months.

Material changes notified at least 14 days in advance.

Governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts in India.
