Cancellation & Refund Policy

The Free Plan is available indefinitely with no charge. You may stop using it at any time. No payment is collected for the Free Plan.

• Plus and School plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Pricing is displayed in INR, USD, GBP or AED at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes (GST/VAT) are added at checkout.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account → Billing.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if:

• You have completed fewer than 10 lessons, AND
• You have used fewer than 10 AI Tutor sessions, AND
• You have not downloaded any official report (PDF/HTML).

After 7 days OR usage above the thresholds, the subscription is non-refundable but you can still cancel future renewals.

Annual renewals can be cancelled any time before the renewal date. We do not refund partial unused periods after auto-renewal. You will continue to have access until the end of the paid period.

Refunds for School/Bulk plans (5+ seats) are pro-rated based on the number of seats consumed and the time elapsed in the billing cycle. Contact legal@letslearnnext.com within 14 days of purchase.

Email legal@letslearnnext.com from your registered email with:

• Registered email/mobile
• Order/transaction ID
• Reason for refund

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. UPI/NetBanking refunds may take up to 5 business days; card refunds up to 10 business days.

• Add-on AI session credits once consumed.
• Custom curriculum extraction services after delivery.
• Certifications or printed material once shipped.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 30 days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the relevant District Consumer Forum in India.
