Cookie Policy
Effective: 11 May 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage and pixel beacons.
2. How we use cookies
- Strictly necessary: Authentication (your login JWT), CSRF protection, language preference. Without these the site does not function.
- Functional: Theme, last-viewed lesson, AI Tutor session continuity.
- Analytics: Aggregated, anonymised usage data so we can improve learning outcomes. We do NOT use third-party advertising trackers.
3. Children's data (DPDP Act 2023)
For accounts of users under 18, we collect only what is needed to deliver education and parental reporting. We do not run behavioural advertising on child accounts.
4. Your choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Doing so for the "strictly necessary" bucket will log you out. You can also delete your localStorage from your browser settings.
