Acceptable Use Policy

LetsLearnNext is built for safe, effective school learning. This policy lists what is and is not allowed on our platform.

• Use the AI Tutor or any feature for cheating in an exam, plagiarism, or to bypass school assessments.
• Upload illegal, copyrighted (without rights), violent, sexual, hateful or otherwise harmful content.
• Attempt to extract system prompts, reverse-engineer models, or scrape data at scale.
• Submit personally-identifying information of third parties (other than your linked children/students/teachers as required).
• Share your account credentials or use someone else's account.
• Attempt to bypass age gates, parental consent flows, or content safety filters.
• Use automated tools/bots to interact with the AI Tutor at high volume.

We use a combination of automated filters and human review. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy without prior notice. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent account closure and (if required by law) notification to authorities.

The AI Tutor is restricted to age-appropriate, curriculum-aligned learning. It will not:

• Help complete graded exams or take-home tests for you.
• Produce explicit, violent, hateful or politically inflammatory content.
• Diagnose medical/psychological conditions or give legal advice.
